专利说明:
"Removable water retention device" The present invention relates to a removable water retaining device intended to be placed in the recess of an opening, comprising a sealed surface being sealingly connected to lateral inflatable elements ensuring the seal between the lateral edges of said sealing surface and the side edges of said recess, said inflatable elements comprising a valve arranged to allow an air inlet, said sealing surface and the side inflatable elements being further sealingly connected to a sealing member between the edge bottom of said sealed surface and the lower edge of said embrasure. Such a device is known for example from GB 2359582 which describes a flood barrier intended to be placed in the recess of an opening and comprising a rigid panel whose lateral edges and the lower edge are surmounted by an inflatable tube. rubber provided with a valve allowing an air inlet into said inflatable rubber tube. In addition, this barrier is provided, at the upper part of said lateral edges, with stops provided with a screw thread ensuring the maintenance of said barrier by bearing against the lateral edges of said embrasure. FR 2759112 discloses a waterproof panel arranged to be placed in the embrasure of an opening to prevent water from entering homes: This panel consists of a rigid plate with reinforcements of reinforcement and is provided on its side edges with inflatable elements, ensuring both the sealing and the maintenance of said panel in said recess of an opening. In addition, for this panel prevents water from entering a dwelling, it is provided with a rim and locks maintaining said panel in position. These latches require the presence of previously anchored elements in the lateral edges of said embrasure to be able to attach to it. The installation of this panel requires at least two people, one now the panel by the outside of the house while the other activates the locks from the inside. Unfortunately, such devices are heavy and bulky since they are panels or rigid barriers. In addition, even if the sealing is ensured between the lateral edges of these devices and the lateral edges of said embrasure of said opening, the seal between the lower part of these devices and the lower edge of said doorway seems to be ensured that by the presence of a simply placed inflatable element or by the presence of a rim and locks, which require that elements are previously fixed in said side edges of said embrasure. The invention aims to overcome the drawbacks of the state of the art by providing a removable device for retaining water compact when not in use, lightweight and ensuring an optimal seal between said water retention device , the side edges of said embrasure and the lower edge of said embrasure, this without any element to be placed beforehand in said side edges of said embrasure. To solve this problem, there is provided according to the invention, a device as indicated at the beginning, characterized in that - said sealed surface is a flexible waterproof fabric, said inflatable elements ensuring the seal between said edges .... the lateral surfaces of said sealed surface and said lateral edges of said embrasure allow said sealed surface to be tensioned and conform to the shape of said lateral edges of said embrasure during their swelling, said element sealing between said edge bottom of said sealed surface and said lower edge of said embrasure comprises a seal pressurized by means of at least one element bearing against the upper edge of said embrasure, - said sealed surface comprises sheathed stiffening elements exerting pressure on said side inflatable elements to seal between the said side edges of said sealing surface and said side edges of said embrasure. Such a device according to the invention is compact and lightweight because said sealed surface is formed by a flexible waterproof fabric comprises a series of sheathed stiffening elements which can be superimposed on each other when said inflatable elements are not pressurized. These inflatable elements being connected to the sealed surface, their pressurization will cause a tensioning of said sealed surface and, in parallel, the establishment of the stiffening elements which are positioned one above the other, which go into additionally exerting a pressure against said inflatable elements, which reinforces the seal between said lateral edges of said sealed surface and said lateral edges of said embrasure. In addition, such a device makes it possible to obtain optimum sealing between said lower edge of said sealed surface and said lower edge of said embrasure; this sealing being provided by means of a compressed seal with the aid of at least one element bearing against the upper edge of said embrasure. Preferably, according to the present invention, said sealed surface comprises a polymer membrane, for example a plastic tarpaulin, for example polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polyurethane, polycarbonate, polyester or polystyrene. Advantageously, according to the present invention, said stiffening elements confer a convex shape to said sealed surface. This domed shape of said watertight surface allows optimum distribution and distribution of the pressure force exerted by the water on said sealed surface which thus has increased resistance to this pressure force. Preferably, according to the present invention, said inflatable elements comprise an outer lip bearing against an outer portion of said embrasure over the entire height of said sealed surface. This lip makes it possible to prevent any infiltration of water between said lateral inflatable elements and said lateral edges of said embrasure, the pressure exerted by the water on this lip crushing the latter against an external part of said embrasure, which ensures correct sealing: Advantageously, according to the present invention, said at least one element bearing against the upper edge of said embrasure comprises a telescopic rod exerting pressure on said seal. The use of telescopic rods is advantageous since their placement is fast and easy. In addition, such elements are lightweight and adaptable to all types of embrasures, for example a door or a window, whose heights are different. Preferably, according to the present invention, a single central telescopic rod exerts a pressure on said seal. This makes it possible to exert pressure along the entire length of said seal from a single central point in order to ensure optimum sealing between said seal and said lower edge of said embrasure. Advantageously, according to the present invention, two telescopic rods exert a pressure on said seal. The placement of two telescopic rods advantageously allows to exert a pressure along two points of support, which reinforces the seal thus obtained between said seal and said lower edge of said embrasure. Preferably, according to the present invention, said telescopic rods are placed in front of said sealed surface or behind said sealed surface or on either side of said sealed surface. Advantageously, according to the present invention, said telescopic rods are sheathed by said lateral inflatable elements. Such placement of the telescopic rods at both ends of said seal provides optimum distribution of the pressure forces exerted by said telescopic rods on said seal. Equally advantageous, according to the present invention, said lateral inflatable elements comprise an element reinforcing the seal between said lateral inflatable elements and said lateral edges of said embrasure. Preferably, according to the present invention, said element reinforcing the seal between said lateral inflatable elements and said lateral edges of said embrasure comprises a seal. This seal placed between said side inflatable elements and said lateral edges of said embrasure strengthens the seal between said lateral inflatable elements and said lateral edges of said embrasure, this additional element being compressed against said lateral edges of said embrasure during the swelling of said elements. inflatable side but also through the stiffening elements. Other embodiments of the device according to the invention are indicated in the appended claims. Other features, details and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the description given below, without limitation and with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figure 1 is an illustration of a removable water retaining device according to the invention. Figure 2 is a sectional view along the axes II of a removable water retaining device according to the invention. FIG. 3 is a sectional view along the axes III of a removable device for retaining water according to the invention In the figures, identical or similar elements bear the same references. Figures 1, 2 and 3 illustrate a removable water retaining device according to the invention, Figures 2 and 3 being sectional views in two different directions and incorporating the elements described in Figure 1. A sealed surface (2), in which stiffening elements (8) are sheathed, is sealingly connected to two lateral inflatable elements (3) each provided with a valve (4) arranged to allow pressurization of said inflatable side members (3) and each also having a lip (9) bearing against an outer portion of said recess (1) over the entire height of said sealing surface (2). Said sealed surface (2) is also sealingly connected to an element (5) surmounted by a seal (6). Said element (5) and said seal (6) are compressed by means of two telescopic rods (7) bearing against the upper part of said recess (1) to ensure a correct seal between said lower edge of said embrasure (1) and said seal (6). When said inflatable lateral elements (3) are inflated to conform to the shape of said lateral edges of said embrasure (1), said impervious surface is tensioned and said stiffening elements (8) are positioned one above the other by exerting in addition, a pressure on said lateral inflatable elements (3). Following the swelling of said lateral inflatable elements (3) and the placement of said telescopic rods (7), the water retaining device according to the invention is positioned in said recess (1) sealingly, a seal being provided between said inflatable elements laterally (3) and said side edges of said recess (1) but also between said seal (6) and said lower edge of said recess (1). ...... It is understood that the present invention is in no way limited to the embodiments described above and that many modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the appended claims.
